3 Days New Year Holiday in Istanbul

Tour Highlights:
You will be picked up from Istanbul International airport and transfer to hotel. You will have 2 nights hotel and 1 fully guided Old City of Istanbul tour. If you like that we can add New year party on 31 December in this program as well. At the end of the program, we will transfer you back to the airport according to your flight departure time.

3 Days New Year Holiday in Istanbul Itinerary
30 December – Arrival to Istanbul
Arrival into Istanbul. Pick up from airport and transfer to hotel & check in to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

Note:  If you arrive early, we can arrange some activities in the afternoon for you upon request or evening Dinner & Shows.

31 December – Istanbul City Tour
Breakfast Included at the hotel. You will be picked up from the hotel at 08:30 am and start to guided old city tour of Istanbul.
Hagia Sophia Museum  (Ayasofya Camii)
This ancient basilica, built by Constantine the Great in the 4th century and reconstructed by Justinian in the 6th century, is one of the architectural marvels of all time.
Blue Mosque  (Sultanahmet Camii)
Across from St. Sophia built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, is known as the BLUE MOSQUE because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. HIPPODROME Ancient
Hippodrome    (At Meydani)
Hippodrome, the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine.
Grand Covered Bazaar  (Kapali Carsi)
In this labyrinth of streets and passages are more then 4,000 shops with each trade having its own area: the goldsmiths’ street, the carpet sellers, Turkish arts and crafts, such as handpainted ceramic plates, hand-honed copperware, brassware and trays, water ewers, onyx-ware and meerschaum pipes.
Topkapi Palace Museum  (Topkapi Sarayi)
The great palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries housing an exquisite collection of crystal, silver, and Chinese porcelain, robes worn by the sultans and their families, the famous jewels of the Imperial Treasury, miniatures, the Holy Mantle; enshrining relics of the Prophet Mohammed.
At the end of the tour, transfer back to the hotel at 17:00 pm. Overnight at your hotel in Istanbul.

01 January – Departure from Istanbul
After breakfast check out from the hotel at 11:30 am. Free Time. According to your flight departure time, you will be picked up and transfer to Istanbul Ataturk Airport. Have a safe trip back home and thank you for choosing ToursCE Turkey. It is the end of the new year holiday in Istanbul.
