Orientalist Paintings Collection: The Orientalist Paintings Collection, one of the richest collections in our country, contains pictures of the Ottoman and Turkish geography made by European painters until the beginning of the 17th and 20th centuries. In addition, important works of the artists of the Ottoman Empire found themselves in the collection place. Osman Hamdi Bey ‘s work, the famous table of the Turtle Terbiyecisi is also here.
Anatolian Weight and Measures Collection: This collection, which started to be created in the 1980’s, is the richest and most comprehensive collection of our country in its field. Today, more than eight collections of artifacts, many ancient objects from the ages to come up with weight and measuring instruments, many professional objects are located. This collection, which sheds light on Anatolian culture history, has become one of the most interesting collections of the museum over time.
Collection of Old Istanbul Photographs: This collection covers the period from the 19th century to the 20th century, when photographs are gradually spreading, and the works of many famous and amateur photographers are on display. If you look at the collection with 7 photos, you can see the old version of Istanbul and have more realistic ideas about that period.
Kütahya Tiles and Ceramics Collection: The collections are prepared to give an idea about Kütahya tiles. Again this work, which started to be created in the 1980s, has become very rich nowadays.
